About paying.
What happens when the trial ends?+
Your work stays. Your public website, new online bookings and automated replies pause until you pick a plan. Existing booking-management links remain available. Nothing is deleted.
What counts as a text?+
Each outbound SMS segment Pressly or your team sends. Inbound texts are free. If you go over, you can add packs of 100 from the billing screen.
Can I change plans later?+
Yes, at any time, from inside Pressly. Upgrades apply straight away and downgrades apply at the end of the billing period.
Is there a contract?+
No. Monthly plans can be cancelled any time. Annual plans are paid up front and run for the year.
Do prices include GST?+
Yes. Every price shown is in Australian dollars with GST included, and your invoice shows it separately.
