What’s inside
Four things, done properly.
The Front Desk
Answers calls, texts, emails and your web form as your business, day and night. It knows your services, prices, hours and the services you offer.
Needs You
The short list only you can do. Quotes that need your eye, unhappy customers, changes that need your OK. Everything else is already handled.
The Book
Real times, never double-booked. Your hours, your team’s calendars and existing jobs decide what customers can pick, over the phone or online.
The Rules
You decide what it may say. What it can confirm on its own, what it must never promise, and when to hand the conversation to you. Pause it any time.
Websites, if you want one
No website needed. But if you want one…

Every tradie I know has the same notepad: missed calls, “call back”, a quote they meant to send. The work is great. The phone is what wears them down. Pressly is the front desk a small business never had. It picks up when your hands are full, answers the way you would, and books the job, so the notepad stays in the drawer and the evening stays yours. Try it free for fourteen days. If it doesn’t give you an evening back, it’s not doing its job.

Questions
Things people ask before they start.
Does it really answer phone calls?
Yes. Get a business number in Settings, turn on calls, and Pip answers with a natural voice from the same rules as your texts and emails. It says it’s an AI, and anything it shouldn’t decide comes to you with the transcript.
Do I need a website?
No. Your booking link, inbox and customer records work on their own. There’s a website builder inside if you ever want one.
What if it doesn’t know the answer?
It tells the customer it will check and hands the conversation to you with everything it knows so far.
Can my team use it too?
Yes. Each person gets their own login and calendar. Staff see their jobs and customers, owners see everything, and Pip books against whoever is actually free.
Where is my customer data kept?
In your business workspace. The privacy policy explains hosting, the providers involved in calls, messages and AI, and how to request access or deletion.
